• Biometric Media: The 60-second video and voice samples you upload for the creation of your AI avatar and voice clone.
• Authentication Data: Access tokens, OAuth authorizations, or credentials required to publish content to your chosen social media networks.
• Payment Information: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Contra, Stripe, PayPal). We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to fulfill the Service you purchased:

• To train and generate your custom high-definition AI avatar and voice model.
• To write scripts tailored to your business description.
• To automatically publish generated videos to your connected social media profiles.
• To communicate with you regarding your service status and deliverables.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

Because we operate a technology stack that relies on specialized APIs, we must share specific data with trusted third-party providers:

• HeyGen: Your video and voice samples are transmitted securely to HeyGen's API to render the avatar and voice clone. HeyGen's processing of your likeness is governed by their strict consent and data retention policies.
• Large Language Models (LLMs): Your business description is processed by LLMs to generate your daily scripts.
• Social Media APIs: Your generated videos and captions are transmitted to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Telegram for publishing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or biometric media to data brokers or advertising networks.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Biometric Data: Your source video and voice samples, as well as the resulting trained avatar models, are retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill your active Service or future requested retainers.
• Right to Erasure: You may request the complete deletion of your source media, avatar models, and account data at any time after the 7-Day Sprint concludes by emailing us. We will cascade this deletion request to our API partners (e.g., HeyGen) to ensure your digital twin is destroyed.

5. Security

We implement standard industry practices to protect your data during transit and storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. By utilizing our Service, you acknowledge the inherent security risks of transmitting biometric data online.

6. International Data Transfers

Our operations, servers, and third-party partners are distributed globally. Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ.
